Occupancy limits apply to all ages, including infants. A fee
will be assessed for non-compliance. •
Units are randomly assigned by computer on the morning of your
arrival. Due to the complexity of the reservation system and
since on a given day a limited number of units become vacant, no
specific request can be taken. •
Mid-stay cleans only occur for stays of nine nights or more.
Additional maid service if requested, will be charged at current
rates.
Availability
If you request an availability calendar, we'll provide one for you. The up to date calendar is on the Vacation Internationale secure site so we're unable to post or link to it. About 70% of our business comes from cancellations and from "fills" from waitlists we request for our guests. So even if we don't have availability right now, we very well may be able to accommodate you. Rates
A one time $40-$50 reservation/cleaning fee is applied to all reservations. All of our rates include all fees and taxes. Rates depend on whether your visit is during low or high season and how many days in advance of arrival that you book. See links to the left for a rate calculator.
Discounts are available to military, veterans, some seniors, and those who are disabled. We want everyone to be able to afford a vacation. Low Price Guarantee: (Bookings made 40 or less in advance of arrival only) If you are able to find a comparable unit for less, right up to your day of arrival, we will beat that price by 5%. For all other rates, we will strive to beat any other price you find for a comparable unit. The below rates do not include higher weekend rates. For a rate quote, either use the rate calculator or contact us. The under 40 day rates are only slightly higher on weekends. Prices do include the 11.1% Washington tax

is a VI managed resort. We are able to make after hours and weekend
