REVIEWS
When renting, there are 3 types of reviews to note in order to have a pleasurable stay.
1. Review of the resort. The best place to find these type of reviews are websites like Google and Trip Advisor. We provide Google links on each of our web pages. This is a good place to find out the quality and amenities of the resort and to make sure it meets your desires. Make note that many resorts have multiple owners. Some owners may not keep up their units as well as the Timeshare companies we own. So when reading the reviews, we encourage you to ignore poor reviews about other owners individual units.
2. Review of the unit. This can be found on Google as well. The Google link we provide is for the Vacation Internationale portion of the resort. The reviews of the interior of those units should give you an idea what to expect. We have never had a complaint about the quality or cleanliness at any of our resorts.
3. Review of the owner and staff. When renting on-line, one needs to be careful. I recently spoke with a guest who rented a cabin. The power was out for two days and the owner wouldn't agree to any adjustment, simply saying it wasn't his fault. You can find reviews for our service and the particular units we've rented on Trip Advisor's Timeshare section called Flipkey. We have 10 paid ads on that site.
